*Participants that are zip lining must weigh between 70-270 pounds.
Tours start at 10am, 12:30pm, and 3pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your tour to allow for registration, bathroom breaks, waiver signing, etc. Zip Line Tours last between 90-120 minutes including gear up and gear down.
The Aerial Challenge Course is a 3 hour admission. The Course is open from 10am-6pm. Final admissions will be at 4pm. Final entry onto each circuit of the course varies depending on the circuit, final entry onto the course will be at 5:40.

All rental packages will remain at The Trollhaugen Rental Shop unless a deposit in the amount of the rental package is made. At the end of the season when rentals are returned and pass an inspection the deposit will be returned to the customer.
Beginning the winter of 2012 there is a new law regarding skiing/snowboarding/snow tubing introduced into the state of Wisconsin (WI) which defines the responsibilities of the participants and that of the operators. Please refer here for more information about the Skier Safety Act.
